About the Client
The Numbers Game is a YouTube channel that goes behind the scenes of successful businesses. The format is interview driven: the host meets entrepreneurs and business owners on location, walks through their operations, and breaks down how their businesses actually work.
The videos are long form, typically around 20 minutes, and feature a mix of sit down interviews, on location footage, and visual storytelling. The channel focuses on educating viewers through real stories from real business owners.
The Problem
The Numbers Game is a production heavy channel. Each video runs around 20 minutes and involves a large volume of raw footage, including indoor and outdoor shoots, multiple camera angles, A roll interviews, and B roll. All of this footage needed colour correction, assembly, and a polished edit that could hold a viewer's attention for the full runtime.
The client also had an irregular upload schedule, sometimes once a month, sometimes twice, which made it difficult to keep a dedicated team on standby. They needed a team that could handle the full scope of post production, be available on short notice, and deliver within a week.
What We Did
We took ownership of the entire post production pipeline for the channel. This meant going through hours of raw footage, selecting the strongest moments, assembling the A roll and B roll into a cohesive narrative, and colour correcting everything so that indoor and outdoor shots sat together naturally.
Because the upload schedule was irregular, we managed our internal resources around the client's needs, making sure we always had the right talent available when a project came in. Every project was delivered within a week, regardless of the volume of footage or the complexity of the edit.
We started working with The Numbers Game when the channel had just 2,000 subscribers, and have been their post production partner since 2024.
